We wrote this little application because we needed to batch resize scanned images to a specific size without scaling up images that were already smaller than the required size.

The tool is very simple.  Create a copy of the images to be processed before proceeding !
Just enter the maximum size of the longest edge, adjust the JPG compression value as required and then select the folder to process.
