A Joomla CMS website with custom written scripts and integrated galleries.

With over 100 members ‘Gwynfa’ is not only the largest but one of the friendliest camera clubs in Wales. It exists to facilitate, encourage & promote the enjoyment of photography in the local community.  Based just outside Cardiff, they meet on a Thursday evening.

The new website runs on the content management system Joomla! which has been ‘themed’ and modified to give the functionality required.

Some of the key features made available to club members are:

• Individual Photo Galleries
• Classified Adverts
• Club Diaries
• Field Trip Bookings
• Book Library
• Document Management

All of these features have been achieved by integrating and customising various modules/plugins with the website. The most challenging element was the photo gallery.
